The answer is no. Water has zero calories. The temperature isn't changing the calorie. So it is not harmful for your diet to drink cold or ice water.

If anything, cold water burns a few calories, since it takes heat from your body which your body must replace. If calculated it comes to around 17 calories for a liter of ice water, which really isn't very much, but it's certainly the opposite of making you fat.

How To Protect Your Gmail Account

1. Gmail has been allowing access from both secure https and non-secure http protocol. If you sign in to Gmail via a non-secure Internet connection, like a public wireless or non-encrypted network, you are more vulnerable to hacking and hijacking. If you login to your account via http:// protocol and not https://, the connection between browser and google servers is not encrypted and hacker may sniff the data in between. Protecting your Gmail account from Hacking is easy.

The solution is to set Permanent SSL in Gmail:

Sign in to Gmail >> Click Settings at the top of any Gmail page >>Set ‘Browser Connection’ to ‘Always use https.’  >>Click Save Changes >>Reload Gmail.

Types of Teas and Its Origins

The homeland of tea is China, where it has been grown for over five thousand years. Next Japanese, Koreans and people from South-east Asia began growing it.

Just a thousand years ago Arabic merchants were successful at taking away dried tea leaves to Middle East. Tea reached Europe in the middle of the 16th century thanks Venetians, who were keeping lively contacts with Arabs and Turks.

But until 1610 its deliveries were occasional, and dried pressed leaves were treated as an expensive medicine. Only regular deliveries from Japan by Dutchmen gave the beginning of career of this stimulant in Europe, one can divided teas into five kinds: white, green , yellow, red and black.
